CANCELLATIONS

Confirmed bookings made on the website can be cancelled by the client by email.

An explanation of the reason for cancellation is not required and reimbursement is immediate, under the following conditions :
- Cancellation 1 month or more before departure : -3%
- Cancellation between 15 days and 1 month before departure: -10%
- Cancellation 7 to 15 days before departure: -30%
- Cancellation 3 to 7 days before departure: -50%
- No refund will be made for cancellation less than 3 days before departure
